How to Make a Complaint

Mouseacquisition Tree Service wants homeowners to receive fair and honest treatment when contacting the service. Tell us when something goes wrong. This page sets out how to raise concerns and what follows. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Concerns You Can Raise

You may contact us about:

• Your experience reaching Mouseacquisition Tree Service by phone or another method
• The handling of your personal information
• Website details that seem incorrect or hard to understand
• Conduct by a provider you reached through our referral

When the Concern Involves Tree Work

Providers in our network run independent businesses. Their quotes, prices, work and customer service are their own responsibility. For a problem with work at your property, raising it with the provider first is usually appropriate. Keep a written record of the issue and discussions.

Please also tell us what happened. Provider feedback supports honesty within the network. A provider with repeated shortcomings may be removed. Mouseacquisition Tree Service cannot resolve contract disputes, refund a provider's work or decide matters for that provider.

• Your name and contact details
• When you contacted us or the provider
• The number you dialed or form you submitted, if remembered
• The provider's name, if available
• An explanation of the issue and the action you would like us to take

Our Review Process

An email acknowledgment will follow, usually within a few business days. We will examine the complaint and may contact the provider as part of that review. Our reply will explain the findings and any action we are taking.

Asking for Another Review

If our response does not address your concern, reply to request another look. You can also approach your state's consumer protection office, attorney general or local Better Business Bureau. Where a complaint involves a licensed contractor, a state or local licensing office may be able to assist.
